Equal Adventure runs this full-day, Institute for Outdoor Learning-accredited seminar for anyone working in or interested in disability inclusion in the outdoor adventure sector. The morning classroom session covers inclusive practice, common barriers to participation and person-centred approaches. The afternoon offers practical demonstrations and exploration of adaptive equipment across archery, climbing and watersports, closing with reflection and discussion of applying the learning in participants' own settings.
