SEND transition information event

Free information event helping parents and carers of young people with SEND aged 16+ prepare for the transition into adulthood.

This free event is aimed at parents and carers of young people aged 16 and over with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Lambeth or Southwark. Information stalls from adult social care, health, education, employment and voluntary sector organisations will help families meet services, ask questions and find out what support is available as young people move into adulthood and adult services. The event runs from 12 noon to 2pm.
