A one-day workshop at Hall for Cornwall helping artists turn a project idea into a workable plan, led by Sally Knight and Kitty Billings.

This fast-paced one-day workshop guides participants through focused exercises to shape a creative idea into a manageable project plan. Attendees pick one project and work through tasks covering target audience, a basic budget, potential partners and venues, finishing with a simple project plan. It is aimed at both newcomers to project creation and experienced artists wanting a dedicated day to kickstart a stalled project, with the goal of being ready to start a funding bid or pitch to a funder or producer.
