Queer and Trans Archival Research Methods Workshop

An in-person workshop introducing methods for researching queer and trans archives, led by practitioners Yuri Fraccaroli and Patricio Simonetto.

This workshop introduces participants to methods for working with queer and trans archives, covering both traditional and community archives. Topics include strategies for writing with fragmentary archival documents, ethnographic approaches to archival research, and co-creative methods. It is part of the Queer Methods in the Social Sciences Workshop series, funded by Methods NW, and is followed by a separately bookable panel on queer and trans archival practices in Latin America.
