About
A soldering workshop to build a clap-activated ghost gadget to take home.
Children aged 10 and older can turn the classroom into an electronics lab, soldering and testing a ghost gadget that squeals when it is made to jump with a clap. Components, tools and a take-home kit are provided, and no previous electronics experience is needed. The session runs 2pm–4:30pm and starts promptly; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. The £41 ticket includes one child, an accompanying adult’s museum admission and the kit; an additional participant under 16 is £29. Participants aged 14 or under must attend with an adult. Booking is required and cancellations within 14 days are not refunded, although the kit may be collected during normal opening hours.
