A drop-in children’s craft session introducing the protective stories behind 16th- and 17th-century Bellarmine jugs.
Children learn how witch bottles were believed to protect people from witchcraft, then shape and decorate an air-dried-clay bottle to take home. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The £3 price covers the craft activity; normal museum admission is separate.
