About
A free screening of three short films about desire, ageing and our bodies, followed by a panel discussion with filmmakers and psychologists.
Returning for its second year, My Body / My Mind brings together three short films exploring desire, ageing and changing relationships with our bodies and ourselves. The screenings are accompanied by conversation and discussion, with filmmakers, psychologists and other invited guests offering different perspectives on the themes raised on screen. The event runs for 120 minutes and offers an open, thought-provoking space to explore experiences that are often deeply personal but rarely discussed.
