SadoMusical

Two musical improvisers create comedy songs and sketches while being genuinely electrocuted, shackled and dunked, as part of Colchester Fringe.

SadoMusical is an improvised musical comedy show in which veteran improvisers Lee Apsey and Jayda Fogel attempt to create songs, sketches and stories inspired by the audience while enduring real pain, including electrocution, shackles, dunking and being beaten with a stick. The show is part of the Colchester Fringe and has toured from Wellington, New Zealand to Brighton, winning comedy awards including Best Improv/Musical at Leicester Comedy Festival 2023. No two performances are the same, with the material shaped by audience suggestions.
