About
A Kent Wildlife Trust introductory course learning to identify winter birds by sight and sound at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve.
This one-day introductory course, led by experienced local birdwatcher Peter Smart, teaches beginners and improvers how to find and identify birds by both sight and sound. The day combines indoor sessions at Oak Lodge covering identification features, birdsong, migration, binocular use and useful resources, with outdoor sessions spotting the reserve's wintering birds. Suitable for beginners and improvers, it runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
