About
Birdvox launch their debut album Shamming The Drama with a live show at CatStrand.
Birdvox perform songs from their debut album Shamming The Drama, described as political disco, skewed-folk and avian electronica with themes of joy, grief, empowerment and the natural world. The quartet — Sarah Hayes, Inge Thomson, Jenny Sturgeon and Charlotte Printer — sing in Scots, Shetland dialect, old Norn and English. The album was produced by the band with Peter Brewis of Field Music.
