A weekly social support group for men aged 45 and over, offering chat, a bacon bap and advice from staff, volunteers and outside agencies.
The Men's Breakfast Hub is a social, confidential support group for men aged 45 and over run by the charity ActivLives. Attendees can meet like-minded people over a cuppa and a bacon bap in a friendly, safe environment, with discussion and advice available from qualified staff, volunteers and outside agencies. Sessions run on Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm, and anyone interested in joining is asked to contact the organiser in advance.
