The Men's Breakfast Hub is a social, confidential support group for men aged 45 and over, run by the charity ActivLives. Attendees can meet like-minded people over a cuppa and a bacon bap in a friendly, safe environment. Discussion and advice are available from qualified staff, volunteers and outside agencies, with the group aiming to combat loneliness and support men's wellbeing. Sessions cost £7.00 and those interested are asked to contact the organiser in advance.
