The Pocketbook Guide to Scottish Superheroes

Writer Kirsti Wishart gives a free talk at Blackness Community Library introducing a new breed of Scottish superheroes.

Writer Kirsti Wishart presents a talk about a fictional Scotland that, five years ago, became the birthplace of a new breed of superheroes. Alongside iconic figures such as Golden Eagle and the Phantom Fantoosh, others have humbler powers, like turning ceramics into instant coffee or bypassing community centre opening hours. The event takes place at Blackness Community Library and places can be reserved via Eventbrite.
