About
A talk by three researchers and curators exploring the life, work and archives of Scottish writer Agnes Owens.
Laura MacDonald, Sorcha Dallas and Colin McIlroy discuss the collections left behind by Scottish writer Agnes Owens, described by Alasdair Gray as 'the most unfairly neglected of all living Scottish authors'. They explore how her archives are being used to reappraise her legacy and secure her status as a major Scottish literary figure. The talk lasts one hour and new editions of Owens' work will be available to purchase at the event.
