About
Develop espresso extraction, sensory evaluation, efficient service and latte-art skills in a two-day professional barista course.
Students use refractometers to measure strength and calculate extraction, adapt recipes, practise drink production, and explore water chemistry, health and safety and business basics. Consecutive days run 09:00–16:00.
