About
Carrie Mae Weems explores how water, migration and love shape identities and creative life in a film reflecting connections across oceans.
Carrie Mae Weems explores love, bodies of water and migration as forces shaping communities, identities and artistic expression. The film reflects transatlantic movements, both voluntary and forced, and their connections with east London's cultural life. The installation is presented in the Why We Make Film Room.
