Flow & Glow

A holistic self-care evening designed to nourish, restore, and promote skin, body, and mind wellness.

This two-hour session begins with a calming herbal tea before transitioning into a slow, mindful yoga flow led by Breathe with Kate. Attendees will then participate in a bespoke facial Gua Sha massage tutorial with Chloé from Luer Studios. The event concludes with a comforting sheet mask and guided meditation, and participants take home a facial massage kit.
