The Tannahill Weavers

Scotland's Tannahill Weavers bring their traditional Celtic music to Lytham in a two-hour concert for all ages.

Scotland's Tannahill Weavers, now in their 57th year, perform traditional Celtic music blending fire-driven instrumentals, original ballads, lullabies and humorous tales of Scottish life. The band, named after Paisley's weaving industry and poet Robert Tannahill, mixes traditional melodies with modern rhythms, from reflective ballads to reels and jigs. The concert runs approximately two hours and is suitable for all ages.
