Unfolding Poetry - November 2026

A one-hour mindfulness session using a single poem as inspiration, described as like a book group but for a poem.

Unfolding Poetry is a monthly reflective gathering described as "like a book group, but for a poem". At this November session — the last of 2026 — participants read one poem together and 'unfold their minds' over the course of an hour, aimed at the poetry-curious or anyone seeking reflection time. The session takes place upstairs at Chapter 34 Bookshop in Shoreham-by-Sea.
