A free, relaxed guided sketching session exploring the mindful benefits of drawing, open to all abilities.
A relaxed, welcoming drawing session at Cooper Gallery open to complete beginners and experienced sketchers alike. Participants are guided through simple exercises encouraging observation, creativity and self-expression in a supportive group setting, with an emphasis on the mindful, calming benefits of drawing. The session runs from 1pm to 2.30pm on 3 December 2026 and is free to attend.
