Vision and Values in Action
About
A half-day interactive course for primary and secondary school leaders on translating school vision and values into daily practice.
This half-day course from the Diocese of Chelmsford Education Team supports primary and secondary school leaders in bringing their school vision to life across the whole school community. Participants evaluate their current vision's impact, explore its theological underpinning, examine how different schools translate vision into action, and take part in an activity linked to the Church of England Vision for Education. The session also offers peer collaboration and approaches for monitoring the impact of vision, running for three and a half hours in person.
