About

Try ceramic hand-building and wheel techniques, including coiling, slabs and moulds, then explore ways of decorating and glazing the work. Led by Libby Gillies. Age range: 18+. Level: Beginners/Improvers. This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. The room is wheelchair accessible and MAC does have accessible potter’s wheels. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support. What to bring: Short sleeves, old trousers, and an apron are recommended as working with clay can get messy, but it should wash off easily.
