Free Pilates

A free monthly Pilates session at the country park.

Pilates in the Park is a free one-hour mat class at the Visitor Centre. Sophie leads a supportive session focused on strength, mobility, balance and body awareness, with layered exercise options for different experience levels. Bring your own mat. The programme lists 7 November and 5 December; booking is required and spaces are limited. Parking charges apply.
