Forest Bathing +

An extended woodland wellbeing session with tea, seasonal folklore and a simple nature craft.

This extended Shinrin-Yoku experience begins with a grounding exercise beneath the woodland canopy. Participants share tea heated on a wood-fired kettle, hear seasonal stories about forests as liminal spaces and make a protective twig-and-yarn charm. Meet at main visitor reception at 11:00; the session lasts around three hours. Weatherproof layers and sturdy shoes are recommended; spaces are limited and booking is required.
