Loks Bar & Kitchen hosts a five-course fine dining masterclass showcasing a full Christmas dinner menu, with each course paired with a curated wine. The menu includes hand-dived scallop crudo, slow-roasted heritage beetroot, poached cod loin, roast bronze turkey crown and Valrhona dark chocolate marquise. Guests receive recipe cards so they can recreate the dishes at home on Christmas Day.
