Christmas Turkey Class

A hands-on cooking class where participants learn butchery skills to prepare a free-range turkey centrepiece and other festive items for Christmas.

This class focuses on preparing a spectacular free-range turkey for Christmas. Attendees learn butchery skills, including removing, boning out, and stuffing turkey legs, and preparing a turkey crown with chestnut stuffing and bacon lattice. Participants also make pigs-in-blankets and take home the prepared meat, plus giblets and bones for stock. The event also includes a dinner featuring roast rib of beef and a wine selection.
