Tales of Twisted Trees: Photo Walk
About
A 7 km Halloween photo walk through Quantock folklore, crooked trees and coppice spirits.
A Halloween-themed version of the organisers’ photo walk visits local folklore sites among the hills’ twisted trees. The walk covers about 7 km and explores stories of crooked trees and coppice spirits, with opportunities to make photographs along the way. Participants are asked to wear suitable clothing and footwear and to assess their own readiness for the route; the organiser asks that any medical condition affecting participation be raised with the walk leader beforehand. Published event times are an indication and may vary; events may be cancelled in severe weather or shortened if conditions deteriorate.
