The Psychedelic Society hosts an evening walk in woodland near Frome, beginning with introductions and medicinal mushroom tea before the group heads out with UV torches. Under ultraviolet light, fungi, lichens and other natural materials reveal colours and patterns normally invisible, and the walk follows whatever glows while learning about local fungi and ecology. The night ends with an explanation of how biofluorescence works; no specialist knowledge is needed and under-18s may attend with an adult.
