Sawston Repair Cafe

A volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken electricals, devices, clothes and fabrics to be fixed with help from skilled volunteers.

The Sawston Repair Cafe, run by 2G3S Repair Cafes, invites people to bring broken items — from electrical and electronic devices to clothes and fabrics — and work with skilled volunteers to fix them. Visitors are encouraged to book their item in advance, with bookings closing on 16 November or earlier if capacity is reached; walk-ins are welcome between 2:15 and 4:15. Cracked phone or tablet screens cannot be replaced, and repairs are not guaranteed, but the aim is to help people learn about and repair their belongings.
