All Levels Stretch (inc PNF) Rolfe Klement

A calm, all-level stretch session using progressive movement and PNF techniques to develop flexibility and mobility.

The 60-minute class starts with a gradual warm-up involving movement in several planes, then explores PNF stretching through gentle muscle activation and controlled stretches. The teacher offers accessible options and can give more technical movement cues for experienced participants. The programme is aimed at dancers, athletes and anyone seeking greater ease of movement; no therapeutic outcome is assumed.
