Musical Theatre Dance (Gen) Phil

Phil Comley’s general-level musical theatre dance class moves from a technical warm-up and across-the-floor steps to a musical-inspired combination.

The warm-up includes joint mobilisation, ballet-inspired exercises, stretching, floor work and core strengthening. Participants then practise kicks, turns and leaps before learning a combination, usually set to a musical track or inspired by musical theatre. The source describes a supportive all-level class.
