About
A hands-on Vietnamese cookery class making pho, pickled cabbage salad and broth-poached chicken or tofu, followed by a shared meal.
Xuan guides a small group through a meat or vegan menu at her Walthamstow home kitchen. Participants prepare pho, salad, rice and ginger chilli soy sauce, plus two condiments, then eat the dishes together. Recipe sheets are used in class and full recipes are sent afterward. Guests with allergies or dietary needs are asked to contact the organiser before booking.
