Full Day Vietnamese Cuisine

Learn a full-day Vietnamese menu of beef pho, banh mi, grilled pork, summer rolls and prawn with green mango salad.

This 5-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
