Bromborough String Quartet: The Classical Inheritance 2

Bromborough String Quartet traces the development of the quartet form through Beethoven and Brahms.

Bromborough String Quartet continues its exploration of Beethoven’s Op. 18 quartets and pairs that work with Brahms’ first published quartet. The programme contrasts late-Classical elegance with the greater density of Romantic string writing. Current listed performers are Emily Mowbray, Rebecca Steventon, Ian Fair and Mark Lindley. The published duration is one hour.
