Don Mee Choi: Freely Frayed (And Other Stories), with Rebecca Kosick

A book launch and in-conversation event celebrating Don Mee Choi's new collection Freely Frayed, hosted by East Bristol Books.

East Bristol Books hosts a launch for the UK publication of Don Mee Choi's newest collection Freely Frayed (And Other Stories), with the author reading in person. Choi will be in conversation with poet and scholar Dr Rebecca Kosick, discussing the new book alongside her trilogy DMZ Colony, Hardly War and Mirror Nation and her translations of Kim Hyesoon. The event explores the politics of distance, language and anti-colonial identity across Choi's poetry, essays and translation work.
