Reconnect in Your Relationship

A one-day workshop for intimate partners, with guided reflection and exercises in communication, appreciation and handling conflict.

Open to all genders, sexualities and relationship structures, with space for six relationships. Exercises are completed with your partner; sharing personal details with the wider group is not required. It is a learning workshop rather than group therapy and is unsuitable where extreme conflict or violence makes group participation unsafe.
