Exercise to Dance (Mature Learners)

A gentle dance exercise class for mature learners, moving to Latin, soul, Motown and pop music through simple choreography.

The class combines accessible movement with music and choreography, at a gentle pace for older adults, beginners and people returning to exercise. Sutton College describes activities for balance, coordination, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and expressive movement. Supportive footwear and comfortable exercise clothing are recommended.
