About
The Adrian Cox Trio perform their show The Wonderful World of Bechet, celebrating New Orleans jazz legend Sidney Bechet, at Salisbury Guildhall.
Clarinetist Adrian Cox leads his trio through a programme exploring the music and legacy of New Orleans saxophonist and clarinettist Sidney Bechet, including pieces associated with him such as Si Tu Vois Ma Mère and Summertime. The trio — clarinet, guitar and double bass, with vocals from all three — performs music from the New Orleans jazz tradition. Doors open at 7pm with the music starting at 7:40pm; all ages are welcome, with under-18s accompanied by an adult.
