Large Abstract Canvas with Intuitive Abstract Circle

A one-day intuitive abstract painting workshop in Hove where participants paint large canvases to music with tutors Paula and Mandy.

This full-day workshop, run by Intuitive Abstract Circle, invites participants to paint large abstract canvases intuitively rather than copying references. The day includes breathing, visualisation and meditation exercises, guided group and individual painting, and playful mark-making with tools such as sponges, rollers, scrapers and bubble wrap, using acrylics, pastels, charcoal and Posca pens. Everyone leaves with their own large canvas, and the ticket includes all materials, a vegetarian lunch, homemade cake and refreshments. No painting experience is needed, as the focus is on expression rather than technique.
