Botanical Gelli Printing Workshop with Kathryn Jones-Romain

A hands-on afternoon workshop using leaves, acrylic paints and a gel plate to create layered botanical monoprints on paper.

Kathryn Jones-Romain leads a gelli printing session exploring how real leaves can be used with a gel plate to build layered images on different weights of paper. Participants choose from coloured and metallic acrylic paints to make one-of-a-kind monoprints full of texture and pattern. No printing press is needed, results come quickly, and everyone leaves with prints that can stand alone, be used in collage or scanned for digital work.
