Tom Thumb

Lyngo Theatre performs the classic tale of tiny Tom Thumb, staged entirely on and under a kitchen table, for ages 4+.

Tom Thumb overhears his parents planning to abandon him and his six brothers in the forest because there is nothing left to eat, then outwits them and an ogre to protect his brothers, find the treasure and make sure the family never goes hungry again. The show is performed entirely on and under a kitchen table, featuring feathery spinning birds, a flying house and a portable forest. Patrick Lynch, known for CBeebies, has performed the piece for more than a decade. It runs about 50 minutes and is suitable for age 4 and up.
