OHM Carol Service

A carol service for the Third Sunday of Advent held at the University Church of St Mary the Virgin in Oxford.

The University Church of St Mary the Virgin hosts a carol service marking the Third Sunday of Advent on 13th December 2026 at 6:00pm. The church notes that Choral Evensong according to the Book of Common Prayer, devised by Archbishop Thomas Cranmer during the English Reformation, draws on Christian Scriptures and the ancient monastic offices of Vespers and Compline, offering a framework for reflection and prayer. Attendees are asked to sit in the Chancel to participate in the service.
