Beyond Adversity – Ukrainian Art Exhibition
About
A free four-day Ukrainian art exhibition at Gather in Poole, featuring three strands of art and photography curated by Iryna Tolokonnikova.
Beyond Adversity is a Ukrainian art exhibition running at Gather from Monday 26 to Thursday 29 October, opening at 3pm on the Monday and then daily from 11am to 5pm. It brings together three strands: Picturesque Ukraine, showing selected works from an art competition; An Artistic Exploration, showing the Colours of Spain; and Hands That Feed Us, in which photographers present their work through live photography experiences. The exhibition is curated by Iryna Tolokonnikova and delivered by Ukrainian Artists & Art, with community partners Art Unites and United Action Charity Trust (UACT).
