This course explores the vibrant new spring growth of wild plants, described as enlivening, detoxifying and invigorating. Participants identify and harvest spring wild greens and flowers and learn how to create preparations to ready body and mind for the warmer, longer days. Summer and autumn dates of the Medicinal Herbs series are also available.
