Sosban Fawr - Celebration 3 Course Supper!

A three-course celebration supper cooked by 12 trainee chefs completing the Sosban Fawr cookery programme at Hwb y Gors.

This supper marks the end of the 10-week Sosban Fawr cookery programme, with 12 trainee chefs preparing a final celebration meal under the guidance of chef Lloyd Henry (Cegin Mr Henry). The set three-course menu is Greek salad with hummus and pitta, Mediterranean chickpea stew with cous cous, and Greek yoghurt with honey and berries. The event is all-ages, lasts two and a half hours, and aims to offer the community an affordable, nutritious meal to share.
