Sosban Fawr - Pop Up 3 Course Supper!

A community pop-up three-course supper cooked by trainee chefs at Hwb y Gors, part of the Sosban Fawr cookery programme.

Awel Aman Tawe's Sosban Fawr cookery programme hosts a Tuesday evening three-course set supper at Hwb y Gors, prepared by 12 trainee chefs under the guidance of chef Lloyd Henry (Cegin Mr Henry). The menu is vegetable samosas with mint yoghurt, chickpea and sweet potato curry with pilau rice and raita, and a mango lassi cheesecake pot. The event aims to offer the community an affordable, healthy meal to share, with doors at 6:15 PM and a two-hour sitting.
