Salty Soundbath

An hour-long Sunday soundbath at Glasgow Salt Therapy, with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes plus dry salt therapy.

Toni Falconer leads a one-hour soundbath in the salt therapy room, using traditional Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create a meditative, restorative experience. The session draws on Buddhist meditation techniques to guide participants into a relaxed state, and also includes 60 minutes of dry salt therapy. Sessions run on selected Sunday afternoons from 2pm to 3pm.
