A Ritual of Rest: Soundbath at the Arlington Baths
About
A 90-minute acoustic soundbath of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells in the historic Reading Room of Glasgow's Arlington Baths, facilitated by Glasgow Soundbath.
Glasgow Soundbath hosts a 90-minute soundbath in the Arlington Baths' historic Reading Room, with live acoustic sound from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells. The session is open to all with no experience necessary, and is framed as an invitation simply to rest, with many attendees finding such sessions supportive for stress, sleep or emotional balance. Doors close at 2.05pm with no late entry, and attendees are asked to bring a mat and blanket if possible; chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor. The Reading Room is upstairs with no step-free access.
