Volunteers cut back scrub at Dubbs Moss to improve areas of grassland.
This practical conservation day focuses on cutting back scrub to improve areas of grassland. The reserve is reached by a 15-minute walk over gently sloping ground, and the work takes place among tall vegetation, scrub and trees. Good waterproof footwear is essential; dogs are not permitted. Booking is by email to Events@cumbriawildlifetrust.org.uk.
