An introductory boxing session covering stance, guard, movement, the six basic punches and strength conditioning for new Knockout participants.
This class is required before complete beginners join the regular timetable. No boxing experience is needed. Adults 18+ from the LGBTQ+ community and allies must book individually and complete the one-off registration form.
